At any one time, per fire code, The Warehouse can have 95 people and the The Rooftop can have 150 people. For come and go events, where guests are moving between both floors, you could have a guest list of 245, as long as the individual capacities are not exceeded.

The Venue at Plenty has a licensed catering kitchen so all food and alcohol consumed consumed on property also has to be prepared by a licensed and insured caterer with the same certifications - that's why we have an extensive Required Catering List. Over 13+ years, we've vetted caterers and bartending companies across the city to curate a wide-ranging list for our venue clients.

A lot of hosts also hire food trucks to serve in the alley! This is a fun and unexpected option, but also saves time on setup and cleanup - AND there are no restrictions on which food truck you hire since they are not utilizing the indoor venue facilities.

There are a few small seating arrangments included in The Warehouse & The Rooftop, but not full ceremony of dining seating. Full ceremony or dining seating is not included in the Reservation Rates because no two events are the same and you should only pay for the seating you need.

Our in-house add-on rentals save so much time on setup because they are placed before you arrive and are put away after your event. These items will be finalized at the Details Meeting that takes place 30 days before the event.

A few, but they are very straight forward and not due until 30 days before your event. Fees to consider, outside of the Reservation Rate:

• Event Insurance is required by default. We recommend EventHelper.Com to make it simple and sufficient. Policies generally range between $75-$150, depending on guest list size, day of the week, alcohol, etc.
• Security Guard is required, with few exclusions. Plenty has partnered with CW Security for 10 years and passes on a negotiated rate of $120 to guard an event.
• Add-Ons like seating for ceremonies and dining are a-la-cart, so you aren't paying for more than you'll use. Items are priced per piece and setup and breakdown is included of these in-house add-ons.
• Catering & Bar is handled outside of Plenty, but within our Approved Catering List. Plenty does not provide or offer catering, but the facility is a licensed catering kitchen so all food and alcohol must be provided by vetted, licensed and insured companies on the Approved List.

The Venue does not have an elevator to The Rooftop as it is a historic building. There is an interior staircase and an exterior staircase, both of which have midway landings. If you're concerned about one of your guests, we suggest allowing them to arrive earlier than your other guests so they can take their time and offer them both staircases as options. Oftentimes we see cousins or family-members prepared to assist these guests.

Yes! The Dressing Room comes included with any reservation and can be used for Hair & Makeup or a private room for the wedding party or a place to store your bags and boxes during the event. It is the floral room - it makes for amazing photos with natural light from the antique skylight above!

Half of the reservation rate is required to reserve the date.
The remaining half is due 30 days prior to event.
