Blank Rooftop and a Warehouse floor plans are provided for your visual planning!
- The final layout is not due to the venue until your Details Meeting, which we ask be booked 1 month from the event date.
- If you have rented the Rooftop, we always ensure a Plan B is determined, in case the weather were too poor to hold the event outside. In that case, everything would move indoors to The Warehouse. (If the weather clears, guests can access the Rooftop again, if you allow.)
- Note - The complimentary pieces are also to be placed into your layout, per your choice.
Plenty has an in-house only menu of rentals that can be added on, to your specific event needs.
- Anything rented from Plenty in advance, will be set per your submitted floor plan, prior to your arrival.
- Once your event begins, Plenty is hands-off, but if your event team would like to re-arrange or flip the arrangement, that is absolutely allowed.
- Plenty will put away the in-house rentals after your event - there is no need to reset or breakdown any in-house Plenty rentals. This saves so much time on the front end and back end of your reservation!
- The cost per item shown includes that setup and breakdown - there will be no additional fees regarding rentals outside the a-la-cart prices listed per item.
- These selections do not need to be determined until the Details Meeting, which we ask the client to schedule 1 month out from the event date.

The HOST is responsible for all catering costs, including fees or services, tax, and gratuity associated with the event. PLENTY is not responsible for all catering costs, including fees or services, tax, and gratuity associated with the event. PLENTY is not responsible for ANY catering agreements, details, service staff and/or company practices.
PLENTY is properly insured. Event Insurance protects you, the client, during your contracted reservation against things like: a guest slipping on a decoration, a guest being over-served, rain damaging a rental, and damages to property by guests, etc. It is an industry-standard requirement of all major event venues.
We suggest using Eventhelper.com - it is simple and fast and properly covers. Please note the following information to complete policy:
- If you have alcohol, you must select HOST LIQUOR LIABILITY when completing the policy.

- Ensure up to $1,000,000.00 in coverage.

Required and due to venue 14 days prior to event.
$120 is the negotiated rate with our required and vetted security guards to cover your event. This is required.

This is when we all get on the same page for your event! We will ask for details on your vendors, confirm timelines, finalize your layout, total your rental add-ons, and answer any questions you may have for the venue.

NOTE: Please bring those helping execute your event, if at all possible! If you
have a planner (recommended), you'll want them present and prepared.

*Please book as close to 30 days away from your event as you're able.
We call this an "Already Booked" visit where you can schedule time to come and imagine your event, bring your planner, and see the space in person again. Booking this appointment ensures the venue isn't reserved when you arrive. Our venue team may not be on site or available during these visits, unless otherwise specified, but you can call or text 405.888.5949 or email gather@plentymercantile.com with any questions and we will respond as soon as able!
Host agrees to:
- Abide by the contractual Access Start and Access End to The Venue, according to the reservation submitted. This block
includes first-vendor-in through last-vendor-out. Overage of time will be charged to the credit card on file at a rate of $150 per hour. - Unload and load all event supplies through the rear entrances in the alley between Broadway Ave and Robinson Ave.
- Guests of the event should enter through Plenty Mercantile’s Broadway Avenue entrance.
- Use non-damaging methods of attaching décor like zip ties, 3m strips, or fishing line on existing hanging hardware
around The Venue. No nails, screws, staples, duct tape, glue or residual method of securing decor like banners, signage, lighting or floral. - Not allow the use of glitter, confetti, flower petals, birdseed, hay bales, or shedding florals at The Venue. Small particles clog the drains, cause inside leaking, are trip hazards, and can not be removed instantly.
- Sparklers are allowed in the alley, but not on the rooftop because they will burn the deck.
- Enclose or cover all open flames through the use of a glass hurricane or lantern apparatus.
- Taper candles may be used as décor, but never lit, if uncovered.
- Hold full responsibility for and make appropriate plans for movement of gifts, keepsakes, personal items, rentals, etc.
- Remove all personal belongings, decorations, rented items, flowers, trash by my Access End time.
- Any item left at The Venue when access ends is forfeited and an overage fee charged to the credit card.
- Protect Venue fixtures and their placement. Stationary fixtures may not be removed or moved.
- Take responsibility for damages at The Venue, whether due to negligence or intent, including actions of my guests during the contracted rental period.
- Damages charge to the credit card on file.
Ensure there is no nudity at The Venue at Plenty during my reservation. - Communicate stair-only access to my guests and my vendors. The Venue does not have an elevator.
- Prevent smoking, vaping, hookah, chewing tobacco, or any other form of tobacco, within 50 feet of Venue.
- Provide a guest list if requested to Venue. Open to the public or for-profit events are prohibited. No cover charges.
- Hire a caterer. All food and alcohol must be prepared by, provided by, and served by a caterer from the Required
Catering List. - Hire a licensed, bonded, insured bartending service from the Approved List (if my caterer does not offer) to serve any and all alcohol on the property. Self-serve alcohol is illegal at Plenty.
- A vetting fee of $240 is required to onboard a licensed caterer NOT on the PLENTY Approved Catering List.
Submit my vendors and their arrival times to the Venue prior to my event and communicate that no vendor is allowed
prior to contractual access. (Confirmed during Details Meeting 30 days before event!) - Submit a Floorplan Diagram 14 days before event, to be signed off by both Plenty and the Host.
- If The Rooftop is
reserved, Plan A Setup AND a Plan B Floorplan Diagram must be submitted. Plan B is used during inclement weather. - Purchase Event Liability Insurance and submit policy to Plenty at least 48 hours before my event.
- Pay CW Security for one guard for my event. (See: Security Guard Policy)
Communicate these Venue Agreements to all vendors hired for my event and to my guests attending. - I understand the required down payment is non-refundable, even if I cancel. This payment removes the date from the
Venue's availability. - I understand the remaining half of the Rate is owed 30 days before my event, even if I cancel event.
